30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We want you to feel confident in your PureFlow gear. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to try it. If you are not satisfied for any reason, contact us within those 30 days and we will refund the full price of the items you return.
How to request a refund
- Email us at support@shoppureflow.net or call +1 (929) 560-0305 with your order number.
- We will reply within 24 hours on business days with your return instructions and return address.
- Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to identify your return.
Return conditions
- Opened and used items are accepted: the guarantee covers a real trial.
- Please return the items you want refunded, together with any free items received with them.
- Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Refund timing
Once your return is received, we process your refund within 5 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees, if any, are refunded only when the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, or a filter does not filter as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or short video. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice, at no cost to you, and you will not need to pay for any return shipping.
Order cancellation
Orders ship within 2 to 3 business days. You can cancel an order free of charge as long as it has not shipped: contact us as soon as possible. Once shipped, the 30-day guarantee above applies.
Your legal rights
This policy is in addition to, and does not limit, any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law, including the 14-day right of withdrawal for consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom.
